Alessandra Pasquetti, who grew up in her father’s shoe factory, was inspired to use leather to create her jewellery collections. A vintage jewellery enthusiast, in 2016, she decided to combine her experience in the family business with her passion for fashion jewellery and to create collections of leather jewellery that could be used to enhance clothes and accessories. The world of her brand, “quesQuello” to convey some idea of its hybrid identity, consists of necklaces, brooches, earrings and wristbands, which can be customised using different colour combinations. Some pieces can come in different shapes, thanks to small clips and concealed press studs. All of the creations can be worn as jewellery, but also as accessories to decorate shoes and bags. The collection is divided into five themes, each with different aesthetic ideas. Flowers, with its cascades of petals; Waves based on sinuous profiles; Pleats and folds, inspired by a definite retro feel and suitable for wearing in place of a collar; Fringes, with rock style to add a tough look to classic outfits, and Ruffle, featuring small ruches that add a bon ton accent with a Parisian feel.
